4–6 boneless pork chops (about 1 inch thick)
1½ lbs baby potatoes (halved if large)
1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
½ cup sour cream
½ cup chicken broth
1 teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon black pepper
Optional: 1 tablespoon butter (for extra richness)
Optional garnish: chopped parsley

Prep the Crockpot
Lightly spray your slow cooker with cooking spray.
Layer the Potatoes
