🛒 Ingredients
2 lbs (about 1 kg) boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs
1½ cups uncooked long-grain white rice
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
2½ cups chicken broth
1 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt & black pepper to taste
1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

1️⃣ Prep
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13 baking dish.
2️⃣ Mix the base
In a large bowl, combine:
Uncooked rice
Cream of chicken soup
Cream of mushroom soup
Chicken broth
Sour cream
Garlic powder, onion powder, paprika
Salt & pepper
Mix well until smooth.
3️⃣ Assemble
Pour the rice mixture into the baking dish.
Place raw chicken on top. Lightly season the chicken with salt, pepper, and a little extra paprika.
4️⃣ Bake
Cover tightly with foil and bake for 50–60 minutes, until rice is tender and chicken is fully cooked.
5️⃣ Add cheese
