Ingredients
1 large head of cabbage
4–6 tbsp butter (softened or melted)
2–3 cloves garlic (minced) optional but recommended
1 tsp salt (to taste)
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp paprika (optional, for flavor)
Optional: grated cheese (cheddar or parmesan)
Instructions
Preheat oven Set your oven to 200°C (400°F).
Prepare the cabbage
Slice the cabbage into thick rounds (about 2–3 cm thick)
Lay them flat on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
Make the butter mix In a small bowl, mix:
butter
garlic
salt
pepper
paprika
Coat the cabbage Spoon or brush the butter mixture generously over each cabbage slice.
Make sure it gets into the layers.
Bake Bake for 25–35 minutes, flipping halfway if you want both sides golden.
