π₯¬ Slow Cooker Spinach Pasta (6 Ingredients)
π Ingredients:
250β300 g pasta (penne, fusilli, or any short pasta)
2 cups fresh spinach (roughly chopped)
2 cups chicken broth (or vegetable broth)
1 cup heavy cream (or cooking cream)
3 cloves garlic (minced)
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt & pepper (to taste)
π©βπ³ Instructions:
Add to slow cooker
Pour in the chicken broth, heavy cream, and garlic. Stir lightly.
Add pasta
Put the uncooked pasta into the liquid. Make sure most of it is covered.
Cook
Cover and cook on:
Low: 2β3 hours
High: 1β1.5 hours
Stir once halfway through if possible.
Add spinach
About 15β20 minutes before itβs done, stir in the fresh spinach.
Finish with cheese
Once pasta is tender, mix in the Parmesan cheese. Add salt & pepper to taste.
π½οΈ Tips:
Add cooked chicken or mushrooms for extra flavor.
If it gets too thick, stir in a little more broth or milk.
Serve hot with extra Parmesan on top π
