π― Tortilla Wraps with Ground Beef
π Ingredients:
500 g ground beef
1 small onion (finely chopped)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp cumin
Β½ tsp chili powder (optional, for spice)
Salt & pepper (to taste)
2 tbsp tomato paste or ketchup
Β½ cup tomato sauce (optional for extra juiciness)
6β8 flour tortillas
1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
Lettuce (shredded)
1 tomato (diced)
Β½ cup sour cream or yogurt sauce

Cook the beef
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add chopped onion and cook until soft (2β3 minutes).
Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
Add ground beef
Cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon.
Drain excess fat if needed.
Season it
Add paprika, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
Stir in tomato paste and tomato sauce.
Let simmer for 5β7 minutes until thick and flavorful.
Warm tortillas
Heat tortillas in a pan or microwave for a few seconds so theyβre soft.
Assemble wraps
Add ground beef mixture to each tortilla.
Top with cheese, lettuce, tomato, and a spoon of sour cream.
Wrap & serve
Fold like a burrito (sides in, then roll).
Optional: Toast in a pan for 2β3 minutes for a crispy wrap.
