👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Make the Dough
In a bowl, mix warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let sit 5 minutes until foamy.
Add melted butter, egg, salt, and flour.
Knead for 8–10 minutes until smooth and soft.
Cover and let rise for 1–1.5 hours until doubled.
  2. Prepare the Filling
Mix peaches with brown sugar, cinnamon, and cornstarch.
Set aside (this keeps the rolls from getting soggy).
  3. Shape the Rolls
Roll dough into a large rectangle (about ¼ inch thick).
Spread softened butter over the surface.
    Evenly spread the peach mixture.
Roll tightly into a log and cut into 9–12 rolls.
  4. Second Rise
Place rolls in a greased baking dish.
Cover and let rise 30–45 minutes until puffy.
  5. Make the Crumble
Mix flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and butter with fingers until crumbly.
    Sprinkle over rolls before baking.
  6. Bake
Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 25–30 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Add Icing
    Mix icing ingredients until smooth.
Drizzle over warm rolls so it melts into all the layers 🤤
