π― Honey Garlic Roasted Brussels Sprouts
π Ingredients:
500 g Brussels sprouts (trimmed & halved)
2β3 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic (minced)
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp soy sauce
Salt & black pepper (to taste)
Optional: chili flakes or grated Parmesan
π¨βπ³ Instructions:
Preheat oven to 200Β°C (400Β°F).
Prep sprouts
Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Roast
Spread them on a baking sheet (cut side down).
Roast for 20β25 minutes until crispy and golden.
Make the sauce
Mix honey, garlic, and soy sauce in a small bowl.
Finish
Drizzle sauce over hot sprouts, toss well, and roast another 5 minutes.
Optional upgrade
Sprinkle Parmesan or chili flakes on top.
