🧾 Ingredients
4–5 medium potatoes (peeled and thinly sliced)
1 cup heavy cream (or half-and-half)
1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar works best)

Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
Lightly grease a small baking dish.
Layer the potatoes evenly in the dish.
Pour the cream over the potatoes.
Sprinkle the cheese on top.
Cover with foil and bake for 40 minutes.
Remove foil and bake another 15–20 minutes until golden and tender.
