🥞 3-Ingredient Soft Cream Biscuits
🧾 Ingredients
2 cups self-rising flour
1 cup heavy cream
2 tbsp melted butter (optional but recommended for brushing)
👩🍳 Instructions
Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
In a bowl, mix the self-rising flour + heavy cream until a soft dough forms.
Turn onto a floured surface and gently knead just a few times (don’t overwork it).
Pat the dough to about 2 cm (¾ inch) thick.
Cut into rounds (or just slice into squares if you’re keeping it rustic).
Place on a baking tray close together for soft sides.
Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden on top.
Brush with melted butter right after baking.
