🧁 Cake Ingredients
2 ½ cups (315g) all-purpose flour
2 ½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
1 cup (225g) butter, softened
1 ¾ cups (350g) sugar
4 large eggs
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1 cup (240ml) milk
🍰 Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and flour 2 cake pans.
In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
In another bowl, beat butter + sugar until light and fluffy (about 3–4 min).
Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla.
Alternate adding dry ingredients and milk (start and end with dry).
Pour into pans and bake 25–30 minutes.
Let cool completely before frosting.
🧈 “Unreal” Buttercream Frosting
Ingredients
1 cup (225g) butter, softened
3–4 cups (360–480g) powdered sugar
2–3 tbsp heavy cream or milk
1 tbsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Instructions
Beat butter until smooth and creamy.
Gradually add powdered sugar.
Add cream, vanilla, and salt.
Beat 3–5 minutes until super fluffy and silky.

Add melted chocolate → chocolate frosting
