🥔 Creamy Beef & Potato Bake (4 Ingredients)
🧾 Ingredients:
500g ground beef (or minced meat)
4–5 medium potatoes (thinly sliced)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or any you like)
👩🍳 Instructions:
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
Cook the beef
In a pan, brown the ground beef until fully cooked.
Drain excess fat.
Layer the dish
Grease a baking dish.
Add a layer of sliced potatoes.
Add a layer of cooked beef.
Spread some cream of mushroom soup on top.
Repeat layers until everything is used.
Top with cheese
Sprinkle cheese over the top.
Bake
Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
Remove foil and bake another 15–20 minutes until golden and bubbly.
💡 Tips:
Slice potatoes thin so they cook faster.
Add a little milk to the soup if you want it extra creamy.
You can swap beef for chicken or even canned tuna if needed.
