Golden-Baked Reuben Crescent Squares 🥐🥩🧀
Ingredients
2 cans refrigerated crescent roll dough
8 oz (225 g) sliced corned beef, chopped
2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
1 cup sauerkraut, well drained
1/2 cup Thousand Island dressing
1 egg white, lightly beaten
1 teaspoon caraway seeds (optional)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Unroll 1 can of crescent dough and press it into the bottom of the dish, sealing seams.
Spread the corned beef evenly over the dough.
Add the drained sauerkraut over the beef.
Drizzle or spread the Thousand Island dressing evenly on top.
Sprinkle the Swiss cheese over everything.
Unroll the second can of crescent dough and place it over the top. Pinch seams together and seal edges.
Brush the top with beaten egg white and sprinkle with caraway seeds if using.
Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed.
Let cool for 5–10 minutes before slicing into squares.
Serving Tip
Serve warm with extra Thousand Island dressing or a side pickle for the full deli-style experience!
