Ingredients
6 large eggs
1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your favorite)
1/2 cup cooked bacon, chopped

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
Grease a muffin tin well or line with silicone muffin cups.
In a bowl, whisk the eggs until smooth and fluffy.
