Ingredients
4 large eggs
2 cups heavy cream
1/2 cup sweetener (like erythritol, monk fruit, or your preferred sugar-free sweetener)

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 160°C (325°F).
In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs until smooth.
Add the heavy cream and sweetener, then whisk again until fully combined.

Pour the mixture into ramekins or a lightly greased baking dish.
Place the ramekins in a larger baking pan and carefully add hot water halfway up the sides (water bath method).
