High-Protein 47g Breakfast Bowl 🍳🥓🧀
A simple, filling breakfast packed with protein to keep you full for hours!
Ingredients:
4 large eggs
150g cottage cheese
100g cooked chicken breast, diced (or turkey)
30g shredded cheddar cheese
2 slices turkey bacon or regular bacon, cooked and chopped
1 tablespoon olive oil or butter
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Optional: chopped spinach, green onions, or bell peppers
Instructions:
Heat olive oil or butter in a skillet over medium heat.
Add diced chicken and optional vegetables. Cook for 2–3 minutes until warmed through.
In a bowl, whisk the eggs with salt and pepper.
Pour eggs into the skillet and scramble gently.
Add cottage cheese and stir until creamy and slightly melted.
Sprinkle in shredded cheddar and chopped bacon.
Cook for another 1–2 minutes until everything is hot and cheesy.
