Creamy Caesar Chicken with Roasted Asparagus (One-Pan Favorite)
Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
1 cup Caesar dressing
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 tablespoon olive oil
Optional: chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
Lightly grease a baking dish or sheet pan with olive oil.
Arrange chicken breasts on one side of the pan and asparagus on the other side.
In a bowl, mix together:
Caesar dressing
sour cream
Parmesan cheese
garlic powder
onion powder
black pepper
paprika
Spread the creamy Caesar mixture evenly over the chicken breasts.
Drizzle a little olive oil over the asparagus and season lightly with salt and pepper.
Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked and reaches an internal temperature of 75°C (165°F).
For extra golden color, broil for 2–3 minutes at the end.
Garnish with parsley and extra Parmesan if desired.
Serving Suggestion
Serve with mashed potatoes, rice, or crusty bread to soak up the creamy sauce.
