Creamy Family-Favorite Chicken Bake
Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 packet ranch seasoning mix
1 cup sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
2 green onions, chopped
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
Season chicken breasts lightly with salt and pepper and place them in the baking dish.
In a bowl, mix together sour cream, cream of chicken soup, and ranch seasoning until smooth.
Spread the creamy mixture evenly over the chicken.
Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top, then add the crumbled bacon.
Bake uncovered for 30–35 minutes, or until chicken is fully cooked and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
Remove from oven and top with chopped green onions before serving.
Optional Serving Ideas
Serve with mashed potatoes, rice, pasta, or roasted vegetables.
