🛒 Ingredients:
2–3 chicken breasts (or about 500–600 g)
200 g cream cheese (softened)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
4–5 slices cooked beef bacon or turkey bacon, chopped (optional but common)
1 packet ranch seasoning (or 2 tbsp ranch spice mix)
2–3 tbsp milk (to loosen sauce if needed)
Salt & pepper to taste
Green onions (optional for topping)
🍳 Instructions:

  1. Cook the chicken
    Boil, bake, or pan-cook the chicken until fully cooked.
    Shred it with forks or chop into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Make the creamy mix
    In a bowl, mix:
    cream cheese
    ranch seasoning
    milk
    half the cheddar cheese
    Stir until smooth and creamy.
  3. Combine
    Add shredded chicken + bacon into the mix.
    Stir everything together well.
  4. Bake
    Put into a baking dish.
    Top with remaining cheddar cheese.
    Bake at 180°C (350°F) for about 20–25 minutes, until bubbly and golden.
  5. Finish
    Sprinkle green onions on top if you want.
