🧀 Creamy Crack Chicken Bake
🛒 Ingredients:
2–3 chicken breasts (or about 500–600 g)
200 g cream cheese (softened)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
4–5 slices cooked beef bacon or turkey bacon, chopped (optional but common)
1 packet ranch seasoning (or 2 tbsp ranch spice mix)
2–3 tbsp milk (to loosen sauce if needed)
Salt & pepper to taste
Green onions (optional for topping)
🍳 Instructions:
- Cook the chicken
Boil, bake, or pan-cook the chicken until fully cooked.
Shred it with forks or chop into bite-sized pieces. - Make the creamy mix
In a bowl, mix:
cream cheese
ranch seasoning
milk
half the cheddar cheese
Stir until smooth and creamy. - Combine
Add shredded chicken + bacon into the mix.
Stir everything together well. - Bake
Put into a baking dish.
Top with remaining cheddar cheese.
Bake at 180°C (350°F) for about 20–25 minutes, until bubbly and golden. - Finish
Sprinkle green onions on top if you want.
