🧾 Ingredients
1 cup uncooked white rice (rinsed)
4 cups milk (or 2 cups milk + 2 cups water for lighter version)
1 can (400 ml) sweetened condensed milk
2–3 tbsp sugar (optional, depending on sweetness)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp butter
Pinch of salt
Optional: raisins, nutmeg, or lemon zest

Lightly grease your slow cooker with butter or oil.
Add the raw rice directly into the slow cooker.
In a bowl, mix:
milk
sweetened condensed milk
vanilla
cinnamon
salt
Pour this liquid mixture over the rice.
Add butter on top (it melts into it while cooking).
Stir once gently so everything is evenly distributed.
Cook:
LOW: 4–5 hours or
HIGH: 2–3 hours
Stir once or twice during cooking if you can (prevents sticking).
When it’s creamy and thick, it’s done.
🍯 Serve it like this:
Warm with extra cinnamon on top
Drizzle honey or caramel
