Ingredients
4 boneless pork chops or chicken breasts
1 can (20 oz) sliced peaches or pineapple chunks, with juice
1 packet onion soup mix
1/2 cup brown sugar
Instructions
Place the pork chops (or chicken breasts) in a baking dish or slow cooker.
Pour the canned peaches or pineapple (including the juice) over the meat.
Sprinkle the onion soup mix evenly on top.
Sprinkle the brown sugar over everything.
Cover and bake at 180°C (350°F) for about 45–55 minutes, or until the meat is tender and fully cooked.
If using a slow cooker: cook on Low for 6–7 hours or High for 3–4 hours.
Spoon the sweet sauce over the meat before serving.
