Slow Cooker Chicken & Macaroni Comfort Dinner
Ingredients
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 cups dry elbow macaroni
1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
2 cups chicken broth
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Optional: 1 teaspoon garlic powder or onion powder
Instructions
Place the raw chicken breasts in the bottom of the slow cooker.
Pour in the condensed cream of chicken soup and chicken broth.
Add salt, pepper, and optional garlic powder.
Cover and cook on Low for 5–6 hours or High for 3–4 hours, until chicken is fully cooked and tender.
Remove the chicken, shred it with two forks, and return it to the slow cooker.
Stir in the dry elbow macaroni.
Cover and cook on High for 20–30 minutes, stirring once, until pasta is tender.
Add shredded cheddar cheese and stir until melted and creamy.
Serve hot for a cozy, comforting meal.
