Crockpot Saucy Chicken Thighs (5 Ingredients)
Ingredients
6–8 frozen chicken thighs (bone-in or boneless)
1 packet dry onion soup mix
1 cup barbecue sauce
1/2 cup honey
2 cloves garlic, minced (or 1 teaspoon garlic powder)
Instructions
Place the frozen chicken thighs in the crockpot.
In a bowl, mix together the dry onion soup mix, barbecue sauce, honey, and garlic.
Pour the sauce evenly over the chicken.
Cover and cook:
Low: 6–8 hours
High: 3–4 hours
Once cooked, spoon the sauce over the chicken before serving.
