Ingredients:
3 eggs
3 tbsp cream cheese (or soft cheese like fromage frais)
A pinch of salt
Optional: 1/2 tsp baking powder or a little sweetener (for a neutral taste)
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 160–170°C.
Separate egg whites and yolks into two bowls.
Beat egg whites until fluffy and stiff (like foam).
Mix yolks with cream cheese + salt until smooth.
Gently fold egg whites into yolk mixture (don’t crush the foam).
Spoon small rounds onto baking tray with parchment paper.
Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden and firm.
Let cool slightly before eating.
Result:
Soft, airy bread-like rounds—good for sandwiches or snacks.
