Easy Soft Crêpes / Pancakes Recipe
Ingredients
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 eggs
2 ½ cups milk
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons melted butter (or oil)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
1 pinch of salt
Optional Filling
Chocolate spread (like Nutella)
Honey
Jam
Peanut butter
Fresh fruit slices
Instructions
In a large bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar together.
Add the milk slowly while mixing.
Add flour and salt, then whisk until smooth with no lumps.
Stir in melted butter and vanilla.
Let the batter rest for 10–15 minutes.
Heat a non-stick pan lightly greased with butter.
Pour a small ladle of batter and swirl the pan to spread it thin.
Cook for 1–2 minutes until golden, then flip and cook the other side.
Repeat with the remaining batter.
Fill with chocolate spread or your favorite filling, then roll and serve.
Extra Tip
Drizzle melted chocolate on top for the same look as in the picture.
