Grilled Chicken with Garlic Parmesan Cream Sauce
Ingredients
For the chicken
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt and black pepper to taste
For the garlic Parmesan cream sauce
2 tablespoons butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt and black pepper to taste
1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Season the chicken
Rub chicken breasts with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. - Grill the chicken
Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat.
Cook chicken for 5–7 minutes per side, or until golden and fully cooked through.
Remove and set aside. - Make the sauce
In the same pan, melt butter.
Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth. Stir well.
Add Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning.
Simmer for 3–4 minutes until the sauce thickens.
Season with salt and pepper. - Combine
Return chicken to the pan and spoon the creamy garlic Parmesan sauce over the top.
Let it simmer for 2 minutes. - Serve
Garnish with parsley and serve hot with rice, pasta, or roasted vegetables.
