Ingredients
4 boneless chicken breasts (or 6 chicken thighs)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1 sleeve buttery crackers (like Ritz), crushed
Optional
2 tablespoons melted butter (for extra richness)
Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
Lightly grease a baking dish and place the chicken evenly in the bottom.
In a bowl, mix together the cream of chicken soup and sour cream.
Spread the creamy mixture over the chicken.
Sprinkle the crushed crackers evenly on top.
Drizzle with melted butter if using.
Bake for 35–45 minutes, until the chicken is fully cooked and the top is golden and crispy.
