Cheesy Tangy Party Dip (Deviled Egg Style)
Ingredients
8 large eggs
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp sour cream
1 tsp yellow mustard
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 tbsp cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp chopped dill pickles or sweet relish
1 tbsp pickle juice
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Paprika, for garnish
Chopped green onions or parsley (optional)
Instructions
Place eggs in a pot, cover with water, and bring to a boil.
Turn off heat, cover, and let sit for 10–12 minutes.
Cool eggs in ice water, peel, and chop finely.
In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, both mustards, cream cheese, pickle juice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Stir in chopped eggs, shredded cheddar, and chopped pickles/relish.
Transfer to a serving dish and sprinkle with paprika and green onions.
Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
