Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 sleeve buttery crackers (like Ritz), crushed
4 tbsp melted butter
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Optional: chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Place them in the baking dish.
In a bowl, mix together the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and shredded cheddar cheese.
Spread this creamy mixture evenly over the chicken.
In another bowl, combine the crushed crackers with melted butter. Sprinkle over the top.
Bake uncovered for 35–40 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked and the topping is golden and crispy.
Let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with parsley if desired.
Serve With
Mashed potatoes, rice, or steamed green beans.
