🥦 Crispy Roasted Cauliflower
Ingredients
1 large head of cauliflower
3–4 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika (smoked or sweet)
Optional: chili flakes, grated parmesan, lemon juice
Instructions
Preheat oven
Set to 220°C (425°F).
Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Cut cauliflower
Break into medium florets (not too small or they’ll burn).
Season well
In a large bowl, toss cauliflower with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
Mix until every piece is lightly coated.
Roast
Spread in a single layer on the tray (don’t overcrowd).
Bake for 25–35 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Roast until edges are deep golden and crispy.
Finish (optional but amazing)
Sprinkle parmesan right after baking.
Add a squeeze of lemon or chili flakes for extra flavor.
🔥 Tips for extra crispiness
Use high heat (don’t lower the oven temperature)
Don’t crowd the pan
Dry cauliflower well before seasoning
For extra crunch, broil 2–3 minutes at the end
