Slow Cooker Cubed Beef (4-Ingredient Comfort Meal)
Ingredients
2 lbs (900 g) beef stew meat or cubed chuck beef
1 packet onion soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup beef broth
Optional
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce (for extra flavor)
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
Place the raw cubed beef into the slow cooker.
Sprinkle the onion soup mix evenly over the beef.
Add the cream of mushroom soup and pour in the beef broth.
If using, add Worcestershire sauce.
Stir lightly to combine.
Cover and cook on LOW for 7–8 hours or on HIGH for 4–5 hours, until the beef is tender and flavorful.
