3-Ingredient Spring Casserole
A simple, comforting dish that’s perfect for spring dinners and always disappears fast!
Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
1 cup sour cream
1 sleeve buttery crackers (like Ritz), crushed
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Place the chicken breasts in a greased baking dish.
In a bowl, mix the cream of mushroom soup and sour cream until smooth.
Spread the mixture evenly over the chicken.
Sprinkle the crushed crackers over the top.
Bake uncovered for 35–40 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked and bubbly.
Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
