Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
Salt and black pepper, to taste
1/2 cup crushed buttery crackers (like Ritz)
2 tablespoons melted butter
Optional: chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
Place chicken breasts in the baking dish and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
In a bowl, mix together cream of chicken soup, sour cream, mayonnaise, and shredded cheddar cheese until smooth.
Spread the creamy mixture evenly over the chicken.
In a small bowl, combine crushed crackers with melted butter, then sprinkle over the top.
Bake uncovered for 35–40 minutes, or until chicken is fully cooked and bubbly.
Let rest for 5 minutes, garnish with parsley if desired, and serve.
