Easy No-Knead, No-Egg, No-Butter Bread
Ingredients
3 cups all-purpose flour (about 375 g)
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon instant yeast
1 cup warm water (240 ml)
1/2 cup warm milk (120 ml)
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions
In a large bowl, mix flour, salt, sugar, and instant yeast.
Add warm water, warm milk, and vegetable oil.
Stir everything together with a spoon until a soft sticky dough forms. No kneading needed.
Cover the bowl with a clean towel and let it rise for 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
Lightly grease a loaf pan or baking tray.
Transfer the dough into the pan and gently shape it.
Cover again and let it rest for 20–30 minutes.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 30–35 minutes, until golden brown.
Let cool slightly before slicing.
Tip
For extra softness, brush the top with a little milk right after baking.
