Spicy Fried Frog Recipe
Ingredients
1 kg frog meat, cleaned well
2 onions, chopped
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon ginger, grated
2 tomatoes, chopped
2 fresh chili peppers (optional)
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon curry powder
2 tablespoons lemon juice
3 tablespoons cooking oil
Fresh parsley or coriander for garnish
Instructions
Wash the frog meat well with water and lemon juice.
Boil lightly for 5–7 minutes with a little salt, then drain.
Heat oil in a pan and fry onions until soft.
Add garlic, ginger, tomatoes, and chili. Cook for 5 minutes.
Add turmeric, paprika, pepper, curry powder, and salt.
Add the frog meat and stir well.
Cook for 15–20 minutes until tender and nicely browned.
Garnish with parsley or coriander and serve hot.
