Ingredients
4 large eggs
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dried oregano (optional)
2 tablespoons chopped parsley (optional)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
Line a baking tray or muffin tin with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
In a bowl, beat the eggs well.
Add cream cheese and mix until mostly smooth.
Stir in mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and oregano.
Mix everything until fully combined.
Spoon the mixture into small rounds on the tray or into muffin cups.
Bake for 15–20 minutes, until golden and firm.
Let cool slightly before serving.
