Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs
These are buttery, cheesy, and packed with juicy beef—perfect for snacks, dinner, or game day!
Ingredients
1 lb (450g) ground beef
1 small onion, finely diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
3 tbsp butter, melted
2 cloves garlic, minced (for topping)
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and diced onion until beef is browned.
Add minced garlic, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Cook for 2 more minutes.
Remove from heat and let cool slightly. Stir in shredded cheddar cheese.
Flatten each biscuit dough piece into a circle.
Spoon beef mixture into the center of each biscuit.
Fold edges up and pinch tightly to seal into a ball.
Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
Mix melted butter, garlic, Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning.
Brush generously over each bomb.
Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden brown.
Sprinkle with parsley and serve warm.
