Anti-Inflammatory “Liquid Gold” Drink
Ingredients
2 cups fresh pineapple chunks
1 thumb fresh ginger (about 2 inches), peeled
1 thumb fresh turmeric root (or 1 tsp ground turmeric)
Juice of 1 lemon
1 tablespoon raw honey
2 cups water
A pinch of black pepper (helps turmeric absorption)
Optional: 1 small orange for extra flavor
Instructions
Add pineapple, ginger, turmeric, lemon juice, honey, water, and black pepper to a blender.
Blend until very smooth.
Strain if you prefer a smoother drink.
Pour into a glass jar or bottle and refrigerate.
How to Drink
Drink 1 small glass each morning (about 1/2 to 1 cup).
