Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or 6 chicken thighs)
1 cup sour cream
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 sleeve buttery crackers (like Ritz), crushed
4 tablespoons butter, melted
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Optional: chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Lightly grease a baking dish and place the chicken evenly in the dish.
In a bowl, mix together sour cream, cream of chicken soup, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Spread the creamy mixture over the chicken.
Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly on top.
In another bowl, combine crushed crackers with melted butter and mix well.
Sprinkle the buttery cracker topping over everything.
Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked and bubbly.
Garnish with parsley if desired and serve warm.
