Slow Cooker Broccoli Cream Cheese Casserole
Ingredients
4 cups broccoli florets (fresh or frozen)
2 chicken breasts, diced (optional for extra protein)
1 block (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon paprika (optional)
Instructions
Lightly grease your slow cooker.
Add broccoli florets and diced chicken (if using) to the slow cooker.
In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and paprika until combined.
Pour the creamy mixture over the broccoli and chicken.
Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
Cover and cook on:
Low: 4–5 hours
High: 2–3 hours
Stir gently before serving.
