Easy Crowd-Pleasing Baked Chicken Casserole
Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or 6 chicken thighs)
1 cup sour cream
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 sleeve buttery crackers (like Ritz), crushed
4 tbsp melted butter
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp paprika
Salt and black pepper to taste
1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Lightly grease a baking dish and place the chicken in a single layer.
In a bowl, mix together:
sour cream
cream of chicken soup
garlic powder
onion powder
paprika
salt and pepper
Spread this creamy mixture evenly over the chicken.
Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
In another bowl, combine crushed crackers with melted butter and sprinkle over the casserole.
Bake for 35–40 minutes, until the chicken is fully cooked and the top is golden and crispy.
Garnish with parsley if desired and serve hot.
