Red Onion Salad (Simple & Healthy)

Ingredients
2 medium red onions, thinly sliced
1 cucumber, sliced
2 tomatoes, chopped
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar (optional)
1 teaspoon honey (optional)
Salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley or cilantro, chopped
Instructions
Peel and thinly slice the red onions.
Place them in cold water for 10 minutes to reduce sharpness, then drain.
In a large bowl, combine onions, cucumber, and tomatoes.
Add olive oil, lemon juice, vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper.
Toss everything well.
Sprinkle with fresh parsley or cilantro before serving.
