Ingredients
For the chicken bites:
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt and black pepper, to taste
2 tablespoons chopped parsley (optional)
For the creamy Parmesan pasta:
250 g pasta (penne, fettuccine, or spaghetti)
2 tablespoons butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups heavy cream (or cooking cream)
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
1/2 teaspoon chili flakes (optional)
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta
    Boil pasta in salted water according to package instructions until al dente.
    Drain and set aside.
  2. Make the chicken bites
    Season chicken pieces with paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
    Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
    Add chicken and cook for 5–7 minutes until golden and fully cooked.
    Add butter and minced garlic.
    Stir for 1–2 minutes until fragrant and coated in garlic butter.
    Remove from heat.
  3. Prepare the creamy Parmesan sauce
    In another pan, melt butter over medium heat.
    Add garlic and sautΓ© for 30 seconds.
    Pour in heavy cream and stir well.
    Add Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and chili flakes.
    Simmer for 2–3 minutes until smooth and creamy.
  4. Combine
    Add cooked pasta to the sauce and toss well.
