Lemon Ginger Parsley Detox Drink
Ingredients
1 bunch fresh parsley
1 lemon (juice only)
1 small piece fresh ginger (about 2–3 cm)
1 cucumber
2 cups water
1 tablespoon honey (optional)
Instructions
Wash the parsley, cucumber, and ginger well.
Chop the cucumber and ginger into small pieces.
Add parsley, cucumber, ginger, lemon juice, and water to a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Strain if you prefer a smoother drink.
Add honey if desired.
Drink 1 glass fresh in the morning.
Note
This is a refreshing homemade drink, but it does not medically “clean” organs like kidneys, liver, pancreas, or blood in one stroke—your body naturally does that. Think of this as a healthy hydration drink, not a medical treatment.
