🧾 Ingredients
200 g milk chocolate (or dark, your choice)
1 cup (240 ml) heavy cream (cold)
2 tbsp powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
Optional: pinch of salt
👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate
    Break chocolate into pieces and melt it gently (microwave in 20-second bursts or over a water bath).
    Let it cool slightly (important so it doesn’t melt the cream later).
  2. Whip the cream
    In a bowl, whip the cold heavy cream + powdered sugar + vanilla until soft peaks form.
  3. Combine
    Fold the melted chocolate into the whipped cream slowly.
    Mix gently until smooth and fluffy (don’t overmix or it loses air).
  4. Set in pan
    Pour into a lined loaf pan (like in your image).
    Smooth the top.
  5. Chill
    Refrigerate for at least 4–6 hours (or overnight for best texture).
  6. Slice & serve
    Remove from pan, slice into bars, and enjoy!
    💡 Tips
    For a richer texture, use dark chocolate.
    You can add crushed biscuits or nuts for a twist.
    Freeze for 1–2 hours if you want a firmer, ice-cream-like version.
