🍅 Garlic Tomato Skillet (Quick & Healthy)
Ingredients:
4–5 fresh tomatoes (chopped)
3 cloves garlic (minced)
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt (to taste)
Black pepper (to taste)
1 tsp paprika (optional)
Fresh parsley or cilantro (chopped)
2 eggs (optional)
Instructions:
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add chopped tomatoes, salt, pepper, and paprika.
Cook for 10–15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the tomatoes soften and become saucy.
(Optional) Crack eggs on top and cover the pan. Cook until eggs are done to your liking.
Sprinkle fresh herbs on top and serve warm.
