🛒 Ingredients
1.2–1.5 kg beef chuck roast
1 packet onion soup mix
1 cup beef broth
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp black pepper
Optional: carrots & potatoes (chunked)

In a bowl, combine:
Beef broth
Worcestershire sauce
Soy sauce
Garlic
Black pepper
Onion soup mix
Mix well — this is your flavor-packed sauce.
🍲 Instructions
Place the raw beef roast in your slow cooker.
Add carrots and potatoes around it (optional but recommended).
Pour the entire mixture evenly over the roast.
Cover and cook:
Low: 8–9 hours (best for tenderness)
High: 4–5 hours
🍽️ Serving
Shred or slice the beef—it should be fall-apart tender.
Spoon the rich gravy over everything.
Serve with bread, rice, or mashed potatoes.
