Creamy Garlic Chicken Bake
Ingredients:
2 large chicken breasts (or 4 small), halved
1 cup heavy cream (or cooking cream)
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup grated cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)
1/4 cup grated Parmesan (optional but great)
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp dried oregano or Italian seasoning
Salt & black pepper (to taste)
1 tbsp butter or oil
Instructions:
Prep the chicken
Season chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika.
Sear for flavor (optional but worth it)
Heat butter/oil in a pan and sear chicken 2–3 minutes per side until lightly golden.
Make the creamy sauce
In a bowl, mix cream, garlic, oregano, and a pinch of salt.
Assemble
Place chicken in a baking dish. Pour the creamy garlic mixture over it.
Sprinkle cheese (and Parmesan if using) on top.
Bake
Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 25–30 minutes, until chicken is cooked through and the top is golden and bubbly.
Optional upgrades:
Add mushrooms or spinach to the sauce
Serve with rice, pasta, or bread to soak up the sauce
