Crock Pot Pantry Chicken (Frozen Chicken Breasts)
Ingredients
2–4 frozen chicken breasts
1 can cream of chicken soup (or cream of mushroom)
1 packet onion soup mix
1/2 cup chicken broth (or water)
2 tbsp butter (optional but adds flavor)
Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
Add everything to the crock pot
Place frozen chicken breasts at the bottom. Pour soup, onion soup mix, and broth over them. Add butter on top if using.
Cook
LOW: 6–7 hours
HIGH: 3–4 hours
(No need to thaw the chicken.)
Shred or serve whole Once the chicken is tender, shred it with two forks or serve it as-is.
Thicken the sauce (optional) If you want a thicker gravy, mix 1 tbsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water, stir it in, and cook 10–15 more minutes.
