π Guava Leaf Tea (Simple Recipe)
Ingredients:
8β10 fresh guava leaves (or 1 tablespoon dried leaves)
2 cups water
Instructions:
Rinse the leaves well.
Bring the water to a boil.
Add the leaves and let them simmer for 10β15 minutes.
Strain into a cup.
Drink warm (you can add a little honey or lemon if you like).
