🥘 Creamy Chicken & Stuffing Bake
Ingredients:
3–4 cups cooked chicken (shredded or cubed)
1 box (about 170 g) stuffing mix
1 can (300 ml) cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
½ cup milk or chicken broth
1–2 cups mixed vegetables (optional – peas, carrots, green beans)
2 tbsp butter (melted)
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
In a bowl, mix:
cream of chicken soup
sour cream
milk or broth
Stir in the cooked chicken and vegetables (if using).
Spread this mixture into a greased baking dish.
In another bowl, combine stuffing mix with melted butter and a little warm water (just enough to moisten).
Spread stuffing evenly over the chicken mixture.
Bake uncovered for 30–35 minutes, until hot and golden on top.
